What to expect
The inspection visits are conducted on a one-to-one basis to ensure you are given our full attention. This allows enough time to view the homes and additionally to cover the other aspects of the purchase process that may or may not be required.
We do recommend that you book a car on arrival in Orlando although alternative arrangements can be made if you do not drive or are staying at a hotel. The trips can be done over 2-3 days and during the visit you will generally spend at least 2 full days with the realtor to view any new communities or resale homes on existing short-term rental developments. If booking an inspection visit it’s advisable to stay in the same standard of accommodation to the home that you are looking to purchase to give you a true feeling of what you are buying into. If you are looking for a large pool home, then it makes sense to stay in one. Should you be interested in a town home with a small pool but with clubhouse facilities within walking distance, then we can put you in one of these. If you require a mortgage, then we will allocate time to meet with the mortgage broker/bank loan officer. You will be introduced to the companies who we recommend for furniture, including their interior design specialists who will help you choose from the different packages available should this be required. Should you opt for a new build home the developer will go through your colour, carpet and tiling options and discuss any alterations/upgrades you may wish to add. If you require any further information or have any questions you need answering feel free to contact Paul or Pauline 407 809 4690 or email us at info@orlandohrhrealty.com |

How to get here There many direct flights from the London Airports and Virgin Atlantic goes direct from London and Manchester. You can also fly from other regional airports in the UK. However it will probably mean changing at least once although we regularly do this ourselves as connections are generally good. Aer Lingus runs a direct service to Orlando from Dublin and you can even clear US immigration and US Customs at the airport before you depart. We recommend that you book a car when you arrive at Orlando airport – let us know if you don’t drive so we can make alternative arrangements for you. |
